Information we use

MotivationGen, operated by Alterno Group in Puerto Rico, processes account identifiers, email, display name, language and inspiration preferences; your saved quotes, creations and moments; and, if you choose, background photos and notification device tokens.

Google sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, we receive basic identity information such as your name, email and account identifier to create and authenticate your account. We do not request access to your personal Google Drive, Gmail or Google Calendar. The editorial spreadsheet integration is separate and belongs to the operator, not to individual users.

How we use information

We use this information to operate your account, personalize daily inspiration, save your private content, process subscriptions, provide requested notifications and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information. Your creations and moments are not public profiles or a social feed.

Photos and notifications

Photos you upload or take with your camera are stored privately for your background designs. Camera and notification permission is optional. Device tokens are used to send notifications at your chosen schedule. You can disable notifications in Profile and revoke browser permissions in your site settings.

Service providers

Hosting and account infrastructure, payment processing through Stripe, push delivery through Firebase and AI processing require relevant information to be processed by those service providers. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by MotivationGen. AI inputs are sent to the configured AI service; avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts.

Storage and security

We use account-scoped access controls for private content and browser storage for sign-in and language preferences. We retain account data while needed to provide the service, handle obligations and resolve disputes. No system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information outside your location.

Your choices and requests

You can change preferences, remove saved content and cancel subscriptions from your account. To request access, correction or account deletion, email Alterno Group at motivationgen@alternoagency.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, payment or security obligations.
